Is it possible to see the software before purchasing?
Absolutely, we give all customers a 14-day free demo. On the fifteenth day, you will need to commit to a license model if you wish to continue using the software.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
We charge based on number of users, so you can remove licenses as needed to reduce your monthly fees. Additionally, if you wish to cancel the license and remove your data, just let us know and we’ll discuss the process with you and remove your data.
How does the billing process work?
Our billing process is automated and once enrolled, licensing fees will be billed either monthly or annually on the date you sign up. Add-ons are billed on the date services are provided.
What if we need help with configuration?
Our staff offer tiered support levels, which help with the onboarding process. Tier One – is self service only. Tier Two – is managed data migration to get your data uploaded. Tier Three includes data migration and training of your staff.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! You will receive copies of all payments and invoices in your portal.
