What is the onboarding process?
Once you sign up with a paid subscription, you can start right away. We also offer onboarding packages to make the process smooth and worry free. We highly recommend you choose an onboarding package, but if you don’t you still have full access.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
You have 14 days of risk-free access when you sign up. If you decide not to use the software during that time, you will not be charged anything at all. Beyond that, a subscription is required to continue using the software. Prices are based on user count. You can cancel the software at any time after the initial annual subscription ends.
How does the billing process work?
You will be charged monthly on your payment method. We use Stripe to onboard customers.
What is included in an Onboarding Package
Onboarding packages include video meetings to define the data needed to get started, custom designs of tickets, invoices, email notifications. And training of all staff on the use of the software.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! You will get a payment receipt on every charge.
